The Company is a professionally managed family-owned company. Late Dr C. K. Mavani, M.Sc. Ph.D., Mr. A. C. Mavani, B.Chem. Engg. A.M.I.Che. E and Mr N. C. Mavani, B.Sc. Engg started business in 1971 with an objective of solving the burning maintenance problems of Indian Industries by way of Specialty Lubricants.
